Try getting a fan or a white noise machine. Your roommate isn’t going to change so they most you can do is annoy them back :/

Genuinely I don’t think they care about most noise I make. Since we have separate sleep schedules I’m tempted to start making more ruckus in the morning since I’ve been pretty considerate. It’s just frustrating since I’ve already gotten a thing that goes under my door to block noise, wear ear plugs at night, and we’ve literally established quiet hours that they don’t respect
