definitely report it!! it's so disrespectful to you not to mention you're now having to pay more in utilities for someone who shouldn't be there. every lease I've seen has a rule about how long a guest can stay over, so report it asap

i would make sure you know he’s staying everyday because if he’s not staying the night every night there’s not much they can do. if they aren’t using your stuff you should just get over it, it’s not hurting you
