Bro I know, just let me complain. I offered it to her the first time and she took it, I offered it to her again and she declined. I’m not forcing it down her throat I just wish she would do something to help herself bc the coughing sounds awful and I doubt it feels good either. It’s really annoying when you can’t sleep at 1 am bc your roommate is trying to hack up mucus that won’t move

Ok but like regardless as someone who is sick right now medicine doesn’t always help??? Like imagine if u were sick and someone keeps bitching about something you can’t help like jfc

she can’t help being sick?? tf you want her to do generate new lungs? clearly if she’s declining she doesn’t want it for a reason, maybe it made her feel worse or made her have stomach problems, who knows.

I brought it up a total of two times across the past 5 days??? This page is literally about complaining. I have not told her the coughing is horrible I have just thought it. The only thing I have said to her about being sick is a) told her psuedoepiniphrine is my go to when I’m congested, b) asked her if she was taking a cough suppressant or wanted mucinex, and c) asked her if she wanted more each like a day or two apart

Bruh I offered it to her twice, she took it the first time in like Wednesday. I asked if she wanted it again on Friday. She declined I have not brought it up since and she has been coughing for a WEEK. I know she can’t control being sick but I think she got it from me and I also benefit when she’s not sick. I’m not trying to shove meds down her throat and I have also said nothing about her coughing. If I were to say anything about anything it would be the fact that I’m the only one who vacuums

Sure it’s about complaining but she can’t help it, but I don’t think this app is about complaining it’s like a Reddit forum basically. If I had someone pushing medicine on me multiple times I’d just assume they were annoyed with me lol.

You cough a while even after you aren’t sick anymore, it just comes with the cold getting more manageable. YEAH SO THEREFOR YOU ARE ACTIVELY bitching about hearing her coffee but then in the same breath said you gave her the cold? Okay case closed you are entitled and I feel bad for your roommate…. You live in a traditional living space get used to it LOL

I legit just said I haven’t bitched to her about the coughing? I know she can’t help it, it can just be annoying sometimes as I am a light sleeper and I’m not going to tell her that because then she will feel bad which is why I’m complaining to the void in a place designed for complaining, if you think I am entitled just because I offered my roomate meds twice and respected her when she declined the second time and made a satirical post about it then I think it’s you that needs reflection not me

Maybe we can agree to disagree on this one but I don’t see it as pushing medication on her as I offered it to her twice and basically have a whole ass pharmacy. She has also offered me some things like zinc or vitamin C supplements but I declined, I only offered the second time bc she took it the first time. If you can explain how exactly I pushed the mucinex on her I would love to learn so I can grow from it as in my mind I was only trying to help
