Has anyone else had problems with roomates having loud parties all the time and basically ignoring you when you ask for them to be more quiet?

Not roommates but downstairs neighbors. Best way I found to deal with it was to get up early and vaccume the morining after they’d been partying till 4am

There’s no RA, we’re in an apartment building off complex and the workers leave at 6pm so it’s kind of a free for all after.

Well see my problem is how loud it is and they never notify me when they’re having parties so I just all of a sudden hear 30 people in my living room with loud music then I’m trapped in my room the rest of the night
