shouldn’t the person doing that to someone else be the one evaluating their life

it's definitely rude. op may just need therapy 😭 extensive bullying by someone you pay to live with is not normal. suicidal ideation is Never something to ignore and move on, but it's not a Grow A Pair situation

it 100% is a grow a pair situation. most things in life are that type. you cant really do much about it and letting it hurt you to that extent points out a major weakness. ofc extensive bullying isnt normal behavior, but 99% of people encounter it, so in a sense it is normal to experience. shouldnt be, but thats how life is rn!

do you Pay to Live With someone who bullies you? your home should be a relaxing space (most of the time; obviously home has stressors!), full stop. when home is an overly hostile/stressful environment, it causes psychological issues. this is not the same as a coworker hating you, some guy in the store yelling at you, etc.

unfortunately i live with a bully, yes. i pay ~1.3k to live with someone who constantly makes fun of me to my face and behind my back, hides my stuff, and leaves me out. i also grew up with major tension in my home, so i am very well aware of different situations. you just cant let it get to you dude. the best thing to do is suck it up, accept the fact that the person is a jerk, be nice back.
