She is supposed to be subletting her room soon but has a bunch of shit here, and I am going to report her to the police soon and her to my apartment for the 3rd time for stealing my stuff out of retaliation

Yeah if she pulling junk like this, you need to find a way to expedite the removal of her stuff. As long as her stuff is there she has “reason” to be there so while with the police I would arrange a day for them to supervise while she takes her stuff out.

Yeah like she posted her room to sublet a month ago (same exact time my shit went missing…), and hasn’t been back since, but our kitchen, coat closet, living room, and I assume her bedroom + bathroom are full with her shit

Yeah no have a friend help you record yourself packing all her stuff up in boxes and put them in a designated area for her to come collect on a specified time and date with either a friend or the cops to supervise.
