whole year of living here and she asked me for managements number a few weeks ago after i told her to contact them herself. she said she lost it and didn’t save it. an entire YEAR.

ugh yes! everytime i ask why she can’t do it she says she was “too busy” or they don’t reply to her. somehow she misses the maintenance person coming EVERY TIME (3 times now) when she’s home and never hears them knocking and i’ve had to reschedule it bc she just “can’t reach them” when she calls
