Seriously how do I stop being a people pleaser? Every time some on asks “is it ok if I..?” I say yes even tho no it’s not ok. I’d probably give you my kidney if you asked honestly. My roommate needs to stop fucking asking for my stuff or imma lose my mind

girl I feel if you say yes you can’t be mad about it. When someone asks you something you’re allowed to say no ofc but once you’ve said yes this secret resentment thing is so immature and weird like literally how are they supposed to know. Ppl like this stress me out like pls say what you mean 😭

No but like I said yes when we first started living together and now if I tell her no she like goes crazy and starts gossiping about me to our suite mates. She makes me out to be a bitch every time I put my foot down and it’s so exhausting stepping on egg shells around her bad attitude

Well girl, that’s a different problem. People pleasing and being bullied by ur roommate are not the same. Report it to your RA, or confront her and tell her you dont appreciate her behavior
