You can’t control when they will have company but maybe setting some house rules with them would be better. I would strive toward communication rather than confrontation first.

True. My idea is seeing the living room as a shared area as there are already 4 of us. I don’t care about company when they hang out in rooms since that’s their private area. But when I have to be up at 5am on a Monday and they’re out there hollering at 12am all the time, it’s a bit obnoxious and seems inconsiderate when they know I have to be up early
