I think it’s really weird that that not every staff that works in our housing building is familiar with the most basic rules/guidelines in the lease. Literally had to take a picture of my lease proving we had quiet hours to a staff.

I promise not all of us are like that!! I have read it front to back with my friends so we can prove residents wrong. It’s sad but true.
