apartment has valet trash, rule is 2 bags per day or we get charged we have the rules taped to the fridge, they send an email about it once a month, yet my roommates still leave 3+ bags out now the apartment is one report away from charging the whole apt

its $25 per extra bag PER PERSON and like idk how to make it more clear to my roommates that they just need to leave the 3rd bag by the door until the next day like we are all grown adults we should be able to count to 2
