Can someone help me understand why my roommate has been staying at our apartment every night when we aren’t on talking terms but used to spend practically every night and her boyfriends when we were and had conflict?? She also redecorated the common area

So I’m pretty sure she’s not moving out right after finals…. Her parents live like 20-30 minutes away too

At least half the time she has her boyfriend with her too, they’re practically attached at the hip everyday. Our apartment and his are also only a 5 minute walk away from each other. We also had a boundary set of letting each other know when they were bringing someone over but at things deteriorated, she stopped doing so (I stopped as well because of this, but I RARELY have anyone over)

She wants to enjoy the last little bit? I was hanging out at my bf’s alot but now I’ve been at my apartment more to enjoy the last little bit and get hw done

It’s not even enjoyable, like both of us wait until the other person isn’t in the common area like I don’t think our apartment could feel any less inviting in that regard

I wish it were as simple as disliking her, she’s a psycho, has tried to pick fights with me at 1 in the morning, got mad when I moved decorations out of the common area that I own (because I no longer wanted them there), she’d get mad if I didn’t have my dirty pots/pans cleaned within 2 hours of using them, etc. Her parents are technically paying for her to live here too so I’m not sure that it’s necessarily a financial thing either.

She buys all sorts of expensive groceries that she just lets go to waste too (has caused fruit fly infestations as well)

At the worst, I still have to deal with her until July 31st unfortunately. We started off as friends, ended December with tension (for many reasons mostly her disrespecting me), she didn’t apologize or say a word until exactly 1 month later and things have been s*** ever since. I’m worried because I’m planning on taking 4 summer classes this summer too…
