Is it normal to not talk at all to your roommate with whom you share a room for a day sometimes? I’m fine with silence and just want some peace and quiet sometimes since she never leaves the dorm, and then I get “confronted” for “having a problem”

Dawg how are you a problem when you're just breathing..? Tbh it sounds like your roommate wants private time in the shared space but doesn't know/want to communicate that. Let them bring it up, don't let them "confront you"; have a conversation.

I just came back after being back home for a whole week, I sleep over at others places pretty frequently because of this attitude too, she has plenty of private time! She is always bitching and nagging at me and if I take advantage of a little peace and quiet, I expect to be reprimanded the next day :(

Lemme guess: either entitled sibling or only child? Sorry, jokes aside, she's the problem. Not you. Do your thing, and do your best to not let her get to you. That's the whole reason why she's doing it.

Literally. my roommate thinks everything is about her they just need to grow up and realize the world does revolve around them.
