She practically doesn’t even live there which is even crazier. She goes in our room to grab clothes or bathroom stuff then she goes straight to her bf’s apartment. But when I come back to the room after she leaves, there’s piss and toilet paper in the toilet. Today when I came back to my room, there was shit, piss, and toilet paper just sitting there

If it doesn’t get fixed say you’ll take it up with maintenance then in case it’s a “plumbing issue”. If she has any shame she’ll cut it out before anyone can figure out she’s that nasty.
