So my roommate wears diapers and she didn’t tell me until I confronted her about the used ones in the trash. She has a condition that makes her completely unable to hold her pee in. How do you navigate this? She is freak otherwise

Maybe ask her if she can get a trashcan specific for just her diapers to keep in the bathroom? I think they make some diaper bins with lids to help with odor control, though I don’t know how sensitive this topic might be with her

I have something really similar but it’s only at night, I ALWAYS would put them in a grocery bag and then tie it and take it out to the actual garbage right after, idgaf how far it is I’ll make it work because nobody deserves to live in filth because my body doesn’t know how to work properly, or honestly even maybe suggest investing in one of those diaper genie things that parents have that don’t smell

We may do a trashcan with a lid, and just have her take it out every 2-3 days max. It is sensitive to her, but she also realizes that she couldn’t keep it hidden from me. I am trying not to make it a major deal, as we are both currently rushing as well.

Yikes I wouldn’t do more than a day max like put it in a plastic bag tie it then take it out end of day

What type of building is this? Are there no trash cans in the hallway that housekeeping takes out everyday?

I’m not judging, she can’t help it. I asked online for what I could do to solve it, and have figured out how to do so. I wish I was told beforehand, but otherwise it’s not a giant issue. We are both rushing so we have bigger problems.

Ok, we got a small trashcan with a lid, with some scented bags. We are doing that and she is taking it out every night. I think we have it able to work now.
