As long as you leave some line of communication open (school email for example) you should be good so if they try to go to the RA claiming you won’t communicate you have proof you’re open to it. Bonus points if you have screenshots of the harassment to show them as proof to why you blocked her number.

Thank you! I have tons of screenshots. Unfortunately we don’t have an RA since we’re in off campus student housing so I gotta thug it out till my lease ends and I can get the hell outta dodge

In that case document the state of the place before you leave and send those to the landlord so she can’t go trying to claim any of her mess/damages are yours.
