If my roomates refuse to stop having people over on school nights can I call the police? As a resident paying rent I reserve the right to tell anyone that doesn’t live there they have to leave right?

Look through your lease first to see if there’s anything in it against parties or loud noise after x hours or a certain amount of people being over without prior authorization, if there is then next time just call the office or apartment security and make a noise complaint

No, it’s parties. They never ask if it’s okay and they continuously have their friends birthday parties at our house. They’ve thrown like 6 birthday parties for their friends at OUR house without asking first
