Get the RA involved. Her friends if an RA isn’t available. Basically someone she’ll potentially listen to when they say this isn’t healthy and it smells

If an RA can’t do anything tell res life to come do a health inspection of the dorm. Usually residence life depts have disciplinary measures against students if they leave the dorm so messy If it’s her personal hygiene tho there rlly isn’t much u can do unfortunately

Gift her hygiene stuff get the ra involved if it gets any worse and you realize she isn’t using the stuff that you got her or move out
