If you have evidence (enough people willing to make a statement or physical text screenshots) this can be criminally charged, btw. And I highly reccomend you do report it

i reported it to the department of student conduct and they said she was “toeing the line” of violation since she didn’t actually throw peanuts at me. so they couldn’t do anything

Right but the LAW can. Those are threats, and reasonable threats of harm are assault. She has officially broken the LAW
