Depending on your local laws and if they’re fighting in the apartment, you may be able to have him trespassed from the property with the help of the landlord. I’m only saying that because it sounds like asking or even demanding that he not be allowed back by her is not an option. Other than that any other advice should be taken from someone with a higher pay grade than internet strangers.
