If you care about your roommate, reach out to them. You never know if they are ok with it or if they are just suppressing their feelings, just make sure not to pressure them.

That’s the real question. If so that’s nasty and inconsiderate especially if it was not discussed, and is being done while they are in the room and did not give the consent to be exposed to your sexual activity.

I also have a room with a connected bathroom. What I will say about having guests is make sure whichever shared space you have (in this case is the bathroom) make sure you and your guest are being respectful of the shared space. I had a roommates bf who would dirty the toilet and never knock and walk in on me in the bathroom make sure there’s rules and boundaries. As far as what you do in your room is your business just be considerate of how much noise you make especially depending on the time.
