I definitely need to do this my roommate thinks it’s ok to call at 10/11pm and when I said that some nights before my exam I’m trying to review and she straight up told me to go somewhere else

not a roommate story a friends story but I’m so happy to be friends with people this year who care abt their grades bc “I need to study/do hw” is treated as a valid excuse to not hang out and last year my old friends started to resent me for it.

No fuck that she can go to the common room to call someone that late or better yet text them. All you’re asking is that she doesn’t do that the night before an exam she can suck it up for a night or two
