If you really think there’s tension and it won’t get better… try to get out while you can. Or try to talk to them?

they’re both the type to say everything’s fine even if it isn’t so i don’t have any way to know if i’m being paranoid or if there’s actually issues. my dad is also my co-signer for the apartment and he’d skin me if i tried to get out of it early. i’m gonna bail in like december after finals if it hasn’t improved at all and find someplace else

Ah I see. Just be careful with everything regarding housing. It wouldn’t really affect credit scores if you left now, most likely you’d have to find a replacement and/or lose your deposit. It may be harder to find a place/replacement in December. Just something to keep in mind.
