you should blast music while they try to sleep and trash their stuff preferably with their mess. because they have no respect for the shared space and none for you; so show them why they should be more considerate 🤷‍♂️

We live off campus. What bothers me is the mess of the Alchohol. I'm always asked to clean it but it's not my mess. Also people who come over would spend the night without my knowledge or consent. I have tried kicking them out but they have refused to leave.

Does your apartment have anything about parties in the lease? If they do or if they have anything about noise you can report them

Keep in mind they invite people over without telling me too. Then when I tell them over and over to be quiet I am either ignored or laughed at.

If you’re reporting them you shouldn’t be evicted
