Not a rant, but unpopular opinion. If I have a roomate and my bf dosnt, I will always go to his place unless my roomate isn’t here.

I agree to an extent. I mean if I’m not bothering them it shouldn’t be an issue but if they express concern for something I’ll understand and not cross a boundary. But if it’s just a housemate and we have separate rooms then it’s definitely a lot less their problem

I agree. It shows you have respect for your roomate, and I wish everyone was like this

But it’s also ur roomates room. Why make them uncomfortable in their own room? At the end of the day, it’s not just abt you an waht makes you happy.

Oh if it’s a housemate that’s 1000000% a different thing. I’m talking abt dorms where yall share a room and ur bed is like right infront of one another lmao

It’s one thing if both you and your SO both have roommates, but in the situation where one of you has a room/space to themselves why not make that person’s place the primary hang out spot?

Yea. My current roommate I always ask for permission but I have two suite mates who it’s more of a “hey we’re here” so they know we’re there
