I’m scared to room with someone next year because my body temperature runs naturally hot and I need a fan all at all times and if I get too hot my eye starts burning and running

Best way to go about it would be to try and find someone to room with that also runs hot and likes to keep it colder. If that’s not possible make sure to talk with your roommate at the beginning of the semester about it and make some compromises. If they like it hot while you like it cold, keep it somewhere in between and keep yourself a fan while they can have a mini space heater or a heated blanket

get a small fan (honeywell desktop) to point on your head. doesn’t bother the roommate and you get cool air

I already have a fan it doesn’t help that much I literally can’t deal with heat
