Ghost and pull your name from the lease or switch to a different dorm, don’t over complicate it, you’re an adult not a teenager, act like it. Or grow up and tell her the truth because she can’t be expected to become a better person if she’s not told, and if she has been I don’t know why you decided to sign up for another year with her
