The majority of the people I see do it are teenagers/college age so I usually chalk it up to them being shielded from consequences most of their lives and not knowing that mommy and daddy’s money can’t fix everything. The adults that do it though…they’re either dumb or delusional enough to think that those can’t be used against them.
