I mean it kind of sounds like you are judging her so maybe that’s why she wouldn’t want to broadcast it. She also asked to borrow the car so she could do it herself so it’s not like she actually started off by saying “you need to buy me something but I can’t say what it is,” she was literally forced to reveal what she needed under these circumstances since your roomate wouldn’t let her borrow the car.

The conversation is really confusing bc OP didn’t say who is saying what. When I read it, I understood it as the roommate borrowing plan-b-friend’s car and asking her what they should get at cvs

It sounds like the roomate asked to borrow the car to go to cvs and the car owner was reluctant to let them take it so instead offered to go and pick up whatever she needed. Their context is very bad but this is my take.

Hmmm yeah honestly I’m so confused that I’m starting to be on Ms. Plan B’s side. However, it sounds like OP’s main issue is that she could have just said “please pick me up some plan b!” and left it at that. but instead she made it into an ordeal with way too much info, like you don’t gotta be telling your roommate you rawdogged it with a stranger, I think it’s understandable to not want to hear about that
