There’s nothing you can do about the snoring unless she gets treated for sleep apnea. You can get a cheap white noise machine they block out most sound and the majority of people can sleep through them.

find some good ear plugs!! there’s some really comfy ones out there that you won’t really feel in your sleep

She can’t just stop snoring so you need to cope and focus on things you can do, like ear plugs.

I have the loop noise cancelling earplugs and I play music but I can still hear it, are there better earplugs out there
