girl my neighbors are doing the same shit to me they literally told me they don’t gaf and will keep me up all night but hey that’s harassment and u can file a noise complaint against them until they stop and if that doesn’t work go to ur RA or landlord and express the sleep deprivation it’s causing you cause that warrants them to take action
