(Her parents own the house. I’m guessing they let her pocket the extra rent she’s saving by keeping the AC high/off. Our utilities are included in the rent at a flat rate. BUT IDGAF IM HOT)

My lease states that utilities (water, electric, wifi, trash) are included in the rent, thus it being a flat rate. The landlords need to increase said rate if what they’re charging isn’t covering the bills, but this girl is just being plain petty because “it’s her house” Nevermind we do pay to live there too.
