This guy in my building is obsessed with me, and is such a weirdo. He randomly roams the halls talking to his gf on speaker phone. Literally moved away from him and he kept following me. You’re supposed to like your gf, not me.

Try to document everything videos pictures and even journal what you experienced that day so you don’t forget. Also don’t forget to add dates to your journal entries

Start compiling video evidence of his actions if you haven’t already and look into your lease/local laws about next steps. I don’t know how much your building can do but definitely email them about the situation anyways.
