I don’t know how many times I have to say it but if your parents never taught you how to cook or clean up then maybe living independently isn’t for you.

They teach classes on these things but your a college student in a apartment where we all have to see each other..

Maybe I misspoke but in our lease we’re responsible for the common area the first year he moved in nothing negative about him some small but common issues second year aka last year we almost got evicted because he didn’t clean up after himself and caused a Beatle infestation

Literally what I’m dealing with right now. They should’ve been in a dorm not an apartment. I hate them and there fuck ass parents. A very expensive mistake that I warned them about.
