can someone tell me a nice way to basically tell my roommate to shut the fuck up when she gets back from work at midnight bc she loves to just make the most noise possible while i'm tryna sleep since i have to get up early

Hey! I know you get back early but i end up waking up cause you are a bit too loud. Could you be quiet when you get back? Thanks. If you want also bring up the fact you get up early
