- never locks the door - been loud and drunk weekdays & weekends - stole my food & drinks (from my room & fridge), used all of my good seasonings (atleast 3 are gone) and never replaced - left dishes in sink for days with food still on them + food in the fridge for months (and then would complain when i had one thing left in the fridge for a while) - never properly washed or put back my dishes - never cleaned the shared bathroom - dumped used grill stuff on the deck

- came in my room multiple times after i set boundaries that i don’t want them touching or using my stuff - stole clothes from my room or haven’t returned items that were barrow - didn’t clean after their move out - carelessly moved heavy furniture and left holes, scrapes, and scratches less than a month before move out - used my bathroom stuff for at least a month straight - consistently used my stuff without permission - let multiple people stay there without paying rent or helping with bills
