
Ok time to get the RA involved cause this is way above your pay grade. I think he genuinely needs help cause a compulsion to cover the walls in what appears to be discounted Hanukkah wrapping paper is not a thing and this needs to be addressed now, particularly before he gets anymore supplies.

One is your whole apartment when you didn’t even get consent from the other parties who live there a cross is a singular item and yes if you don’t talk with roommates don’t have in common area. But a cross and basically wallpapering the whole house is very different. One is small in size easy to ignore if you don’t want to see it the other is literal wallpaper that you can’t miss.
