Ask if something happened or just be like hey I feel like you are upset at me what happened

Yeah like we had a talk abt our expectations for cleaning this yr and I said I thought her expectations had changed and she was like “no they haven’t” and she’s like acting like I’m super dirty now and I’m like scared to leave like anything out on the counter at all (mind you this is the same girl who left dishes in the sink for an entire week multiple times last year)

But anyways I asked her how clean she wanted the kitchen to be so I wouldn’t feel like worried that she’d be mad and she was like “oh just like don’t leave food waste in the sink or used paper towels on the counter” and obviously that’s totally fair, so I was like “fs no problem” but then the literal next day I found a bunch of her food waste left in the sink drain!! And that never would have bothered me at all before and I would have just cleaned it up no problem and cared—

But instead I was super pissed bc she literally just turned around and did exactly what she asked me to be mindful not to do! And I didn’t want to argue abt it or be rude and make her feel bad so I didn’t say anything, but like—
