Why does my roommate always try to pick fights with me when my other roommate goes out of town? It’s weird. He kisses the ground my other roommate walks on but when she’s gone, he is a completely different person.

I like my other roommate, and I also agree that she’s awesome, but I just am not understanding why every time she leaves he turns into this mean person.

Call it a hunch, but I think he has a crush on her and sees you as “competition”. Don’t engage and record what you can just in case.

Nooo it’s definitely not that lol. My other roommate has brought over folks she has dated before and he had no problem with that. He is actually good pals with my roommates boyfriend.

We have a Ring camera on both sides of our house that picks up conversations when someone is downstairs, so everything is basically recorded at least audio wise. It’s sent to my other roommates phone(the one that’s on vacation.)

Cool, hopefully she will help you get to the bottom of this. I’m still not ruling out the crush theory because him being good with her boyfriend might be another act
