Take her phone and put it into the hallway. If she won’t wake up to it, she can’t have it

Or wake her up, if you’re up, she’s up. Make it super inconvenient for her to keep doing it

Or just refuse to have her over. If she can’t play by house rules she can’t come over. Take it up with her boyfriend not her since she doesn’t full time live there
