I try to talk about any big issues I’m having with them, but most of the time they say they’ll change/be better but hardly change at all and then when you bring it up again they say that they are doing so much better even though they changed next to nothing

i told my rm last weekend during halloween to not be putting stuff on my desk while im not there, then proceeded to do the same thing next day and left stains and food on it + dirty socks on my rug underneath it. some ppl r just disrespectful and don't change so it's not worth to keep communicating
