i bundle up plenty. it just i’ve figured out thru the years that if i breathe in like dry, cool air for long enough it irritates my tonsils and then my body goes into full on sick mode over it😭💀i told them that it happens and they’ve seen it happen twice this year already and i still feel bad when i have to turn up the temp😓🥀and i feel stupid abt it but like im compromising cuz back at home i would use a portable heater in the summer for my room so like😭💀

this has happened to me due to the dry air. what you need is allergy medication, nasal spray and a humidifier. i’ve had no problems since
