Ask her to stop making fatphobic comments. If she’s counting calories, leave the room or distract yourself. Fatphobia is rude as hell, ed or not so you don’t have to pull any card for that

If you are comfortable doing this, you could ask your roommate to not do this around you. They might ask why however…

i had roommates like this too who started to talk about calorie deficits and were measuring out everything they ate and would brag about how little they ate that day and were asking for advice on how to eat less. they knew i struggled with an ed in the past too and i just had to learn to walk away. and hopefully they’ve found a healthier relationship with food since we’ve parted bc that was concerning tbh.

It’s okay to pull the Ed card. Tell her you’re obviously not trying to interfere with her journey but ask her if she can not talk about her diet around you

I’m sorry but counting calories is normal behavior for someone who wants to lose or gain weight. Even though you have a history of ED you should focus on you and your reaction rather then preventing someone you live with from performing a normal and (generally) healthy behavior
