i live in a school leased apartment. is it legal for my roommate to have her boyfriend damn near living here even though it was only us two who signed the lease?

No typically they have policies about guests. My place is they can only stay two nights a week and with consent of the other person on the lease.

see in the beginning i thought it was gonna be only a couple of nights, but it’s going on a month and he’s here everyday and night almost. would i have to wait another month and gather proof ?

oh trust i did that earlier today and my RA is in the process of filing an incident report and they’re gonna handle it from there. last night was the last straw lol. i appreciate y’all’s responses
