If you’re comfortable enough to have that conversation, first tell her that it makes you extremely uncomfortable and that she can’t do it again. THEN report it to title IX. For two reasons… one it’s much easier and two it will create more stability for what Title IX can do. However, if this does make you too uncomfortable then just go straight to title IX.
