that can actually qualify as sexual harassment so tbh I wouldn't blame you if you went straight to the person in charge of title 9 or to the head of housing because this sort of thing requires immediate attention and your RA probably can't work that fast

Sit down with them tomorrow and create a system. Everyone has needa but that doesn’t mean you can title nine someone and disrespect their boundaries. Lanyard on the door. Shared class schedules so you can get freaky while the others in class. A simple text like hey bro can I get some privacy tomorrow at insert time. I’m so sorry you are dealing with this in the first place.
