Look up Manta Sleep mask, they make a Sound one that has small Bluetooth headphones in the sides that you can play music or whatever from your phone into, I bought one last year cuz my roommate snores SOOOO LOUDDDDD, it totally helped me, it’s a lil expensive but was worth it to be able to sleep🙌🙏
