i used to do the same. you have to stop because if they aren’t doing something else for you daily chore-wise then it’s not your responsibility

i just hate having a messy apartment especially when i’m having people over. i don’t remember the last time they’ve helped me deep clean and the one time they did, they complained the whole time and i ended up doing majority of it
