honestly if you have an RA I would talk to them so they can talk to a higher up and get that person help. highly doubt they will ask for help themselves

I’ve had a roommate with a severe mental illness so it can honestly be difficult, but reach out to and find resources for them. It’s hard but it’s better than something happening to them and feeling guilty about not doing anything.
