
Friends aren’t ur therapist we can try to support but we don’t always know what to say or do the best we can do as friends is help you distract yourself like going out and stuff and having a good time together and possibly even mediating or exercise together. It’s important to share things in ur life such as struggles and stuff but don’t drag it because it’s not our responsibility to hear every lil thought in ur head we are human too and sometimes we just know how to deal with that.
